Camping introduction

Enjoy getting close and personal with nature

Let’s get one thing straight before we tell you about our amazing site. You are staying with alpacas. They are not down the road, or in the next field. They’re on your tent doorstep! (Oh, and no llamas either – they’re not as cuddly as our alpaca friends).

Enjoy getting close and personal with nature, with oodles of room between you and anyone else on our picturesque and secluded campsite.

We’re still on the …rustic… side at the moment, so if you’re a fan of wild camping and enjoying the delights of the night sky, pitching a tent at Sweet Home Alpaca might be just up your street. Camping is limited at the moment – get in touch to find out more.

Contact us to book an alpaca walk and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with our progress!

What can I eat?

We have a list of all of the places where you can get food in the local area, including pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Facilities and amenities

We have compost toilets and a sink to wash hands and dishes. BBQs are allowed as long as they are off the floor to reduce the chance of fires.

What you can do in Pembrokeshire

At Sweet Home Alpaca, we want you to make the most of your time in Pembrokeshire. We’ll give you the inside tip on all of the great tourist spots, shops and markets, and pubs and restaurants in the area. We have travel guides that you can borrow to make sure that you have a fabulous holiday.

Important Information

As we’re out in the countryside, you can’t reach us directly on public transport. So, if you don’t have a vehicle, or you’d rather leave it at home, local pick-up and drop-off can be arranged for a small fee.
